November 21: Border Crossing

After a relaxing morning, we made the 4-hour drive across the border of Zimbabwe and South Africa.  It was a much more efficient and professional process than the one that we had experienced while crossing into Zimbabwe from Zambia.  Once we crossed the border, we went to a Checkers grocery store in Musina, South Africa.  This market reminded me of the ones that you would see in the United States or Europe – it had everything.  

We rested our heads in a comfortable hotel in Musina with air conditioning.  The cool conditions were a much needed relief from the extremely hot temperatures.
