October 11: Namib-Naukluft National Park

From one amazing campsite to another — we eventually made it to the Oasis campsite, right outside of the famous Namib-Naukluft National Park.  Unfortunately, we didn’t make it into the park today as I spent most of the afternoon getting copies of my 2021 and 2022 tax returns.  The identification process took me forever because of slow internet access and my inability to receive texts to my USA cell phone number.  Eventually, through a Zoom video call, my identification was verified and I downloaded the appropriate documents.

Back at camp, I made sauce with meatballs, which came out quite tasty again.  I can’t wait for pasta tomorrow.
