August 7:Hirtshals

We arrived in Hirtshals, Denmark at 7:30 am sharp amidst rough waters as a rain storm greeted us.  We found a parking spot with bathrooms, electricity and a small cafe.  The electricity served us well as I prepared breakfast and lunch using our camper’s stove top.  

We spent most of the day in the cafe as we accessed the free wifi. As Ashley planned our journey to Iceland, I reserved a 4-day hut to hut hiking tour of Laugavegur. We also enjoyed a tasty bowl of Vietnamese Pho.
