August 5: Bergen

We made it into downtown Bergen to explore the quaint shoreline city with its colorful houses, seafood markets, and panoramic views.  We enjoyed a tasty reindeer kabob and reindeer burger along with sampling smoked salmon and mussels. 

The place was bustling with people who were strolling around the city while enjoying the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of the local cuisine. It was easy to see why this destination is a favorite for tourists and locals alike.
