August 10: Ferry to Iceland
After a long night of rough surf, the seas became more calm as the day extended toward noon. We enjoyed a late buffet lunch that also served as our dinner. Next, we played three fun games of Bingo with a bunch of other families. Unfortunately, we didn’t win.
We spent the majority of the remainder of the day in the comfortable 10th floor cafe/bar until we made a stop at a port on Faroe Island. The quaint coastal town was littered with colorful homes. We took this opportunity to walk on the outside deck and take a few pictures as new travelers arrived en masse.
