July 31: Odda

We finally made it to Trolltunga Camping in Odda. During today’s journey, we stopped by a beautiful rest stop for a tasty lunch (Vietnamese fresh rolls). The views from our picnic table were spectacular.  We met a couple from the Netherlands who were originally from Lynnfield, Massachusetts. They were absolutely shocked when they saw our license plate and quickly ran around to explore our vehicle.  

Once in Odda, we did a quick tour of the quaint town with lots of shops and restaurants with amazing views of the fjords.  We also grabbed some food for Wednesday’s epic hike of Trolltunga.
