June 8: Korean Curry

It was yet another relaxing day at the campsite.  We shared a super tasty lunch with our new German neighbors.  Ashley made her delicious Korean curry with quinoa— one of her absolute best!  We were thrilled to once again share our adventures of the last two years with them.

After a quick nap, we made it back downtown for a pizza and picked up another chicken.  Ashley intends to barbecue tomorrow.

We went down to the beach to catch another sunset but were disappointed by some clouds.  Fortunately, tomorrow is another opportunity to see what Mother Nature creates for us.
