June 21: Prepping for Essaouira Music Festival

It was a quiet, relaxing day at the beach.  I went to check out the cost of surf lessons but decided to just body surf for free. The water was warm and clean but the waves were a bit too gentle. I also watched in awe as the kite surfers sped along the calm ocean water.  

We had a nice dinner with Honza and Eva, a couple from the Czech Republic, along with MoJo. We heard about our new friend’s travel around the world.  Many of their destinations were well known for having ideal wind surfing conditions as Honza chased his passion. Mo played music from artists who are scheduled to perform at the Essaouira Music Festival in preparation for the three day event.
