April 6: Barbecue

We packed all of our equipment and headed to the beach for a barbecue. After getting clearance from one of the lifeguards, we started the charcoal and first grilled a couple of mackerel.  Next, we prepared some tender lamb chops and ribs.  The lamb chops were the clear winner for me.  Ashley played some fun music as we enjoyed the delicious meal.
