April 4: Vietnamese Fresh Rolls

Besides a brief stop at the local grocery store, we spent the day at our campsite.  We once again broke bread with our Swedish friends – this time enjoying the nutritious and delicious Vietnamese fresh rolls.  We have decided to stay a couple of extra days here – hopefully, we will golf tomorrow or Thursday before heading to Morocco later in the week.
