February 25: Designer Outlets

It was a relaxing day as we stayed at our campsite just outside of Milan and cooked a ton of food.  First, Ashley made bok choy and cabbage kimchi along with some chicken soup. When she was done, I took over and made a meat sauce for later in the week.  Finally, Ashley made a delicious carbonara fettuccine for lunch!

Next, we drove to the Designer Outlets in Serravalle where, much like in Milan, high end stores were the norm. We mostly engaged in window shopping due to the sticker shock before I eventually bought a cool robe.  We called it an early night as we camped in the mall parking lot that catered to camper vans with electric hook ups for free!

We're still thinking about the amazing Duomo di Milano that we visited yesterday so I'm including one more picture to capture our excitement.
