October 26 - November 23

I enjoyed an awesome four weeks at home and got to spend time with Alex, my mom, sister, cousins and friends.  It was great to enjoy the company of family, close friends, and former colleagues.  

Alex and I went to Trillium Brewery for a late birthday dinner.  We also went to a Bruins game after dining in the North End.    I'm so proud of the man's he has become.

My sister, mother, and I went up to New Hampshire to visit my cousin Denise.  She has an awesome log cabin house with an amazing kitchen and huge bathroom. My sister, mom and I also made it out to lunch to celebrate my sister's birthday.

I was thrilled to meet up with some dear friends to share stories of our adventures over the last six months.  I look forward to returning to the United States to continue these cherished friendships.

I also had the opportunity to meet up with some former colleagues. It was great to hear about the incredible work that they are doing to benefit their students. I was extremely impressed.

One of the first things I did was join a Planet Fitness in Revere. And, to nobody's surprise, I didn't miss a day -- not even Thanksgiving morning.
