December 4: We're on to Oman

We’re on to Oman.  We started with a relaxing morning — I did a quick workout then we enjoyed a delicious breakfast from the 4th floor terrace. The terrace provided outstanding views of the Black Sea.  After breakfast, we attempted to get into the Blue Mosque.  It was closed until 13:30 but snuck our way in by posing as worshippers looking to pray.  We were quickly discovered and unceremoniously given the boot.  

Arranged for a taxi ride to the airport at 14:00..  Interesting ride to say the least as we took a ferry to avoid some of the traffic.  

Accommodations: I

No hotel tonight — we spent the evening in the air on an rather uncomfortable Pegasus airplane

Food: A- (Kaftan Hotel Terrace)

Enjoyed a very tasty breakfast in the terrace room at the Kaftan Hotel — the eggs, Korean style pancake and marinated eggplant were the show stoppers.  Additionally, the caffe latte was outstanding.
