June 9: Friesaucher
After H finished her online class, I made breakfast for the kids and then Ashley made Kimchi fried rice. Ashley and I, with a big assist from H, finalized our trip to Venice.
We went out to eat at an amazing Austrian restaurant called Friesaucher. H, A and I had the Wiener Schnitzel and Ashley had the catfish — a fine dining experience. We topped it off with an Austrian traditional dessert called Kaiserschmarrn. It’s basically scrambled pancakes with applesauce — a tasty treat. On the way home, we stopped by the Augustiner Bräu Kloster Mülln for a cold one.
After parking the car, we took a quick walk around the city through Mirabell Gardens and across the bridge. When we got back to the apartment, we watched the movie 7 days in Tibet with Brad Pitt. It was awesome hanging out with A.
