April 22: Holden Beach

The campsite at Holden Beach was awesome — we had a spot right across from the bathroom and laundry room.  We took advantage of both as we did laundry and showered before heading out for the day. 

After breakfast, we headed to get our inspection sticker which expired in March.  We were actually able to get an out of town inspection but we ran into one little problem — we misplaced or rather may have burned our registration as part of last night's campsite fire. So we applied for a duplicate one.

Next, we bought dessert, fruits and wine to bring to Adrianna and Ross.  After arriving, we chatted for a bit before heading out for lunch and an ice cream at Beaches and Cream.  We stopped by a fish market to buy stuff for dinner.

After a delicious dinner, we enjoyed a few hours of catching up and then headed to the dock for a spectacular sunset.
