March 10: Oslob to Bohol

It was pretty much a travel day as we caught an 11:30 ferry from Oslob to Bohol. We arrived at Bohol at about 2:00 pm and checked into our incredible hotel.  The Alona Grand Palm hotel is absolutely beautiful with a peaceful setting and lap pool right outside our spacious room. It’s a good thing the room is huge because the king size bed is quite large. But, there is still plenty of room to spread our wings.  Great shower, super clean, comfy bed, coffee and a hot pot all add up to one of my favorite hotels 

We walked to the beach and made a couple of deals for an island hopping tour in the morning and chocolate hills in the afternoon.  We also ate raw sea urchins and I had an expensive vodka and tonic.  Next, we walked to an awesome restaurant called Barwoo.  We had seafood pasta soup and seafood fried rice— amazing!
