January 15: Dahab

 I worked out and Kimchi made some delicious chicken soup. We checked out of the Castle Hotel Apartments and into the Ali Baba.  It was quite the scene dragging our luggage through the partially destroyed streets along the main drag.  The boss of Castle Hotel was gracious enough to drive us as far as he could and only charged us $50 because of the disruption last night.  The reduction in price and free ride wasn’t enough for Kimchi — she also asked him for a ride to Sharm El Sheik airport on January 22.  

After unpacking and resting for a bit, we went to lunch at an Indian restaurant (Namesta), which was awful.  Not like me to complain but the food was bad.
