January 10: Hurgadha

Another early wake up as we were transported from Qena to Hurgadha.  We arrived slightly after 7:30 am and were allowed to check in immediately to the Desert Rose Hotel.  The Desert Rose is an incredible all inclusive resort on the Red Sea with three pools, five restaurants, and a beach.  

We took advantage of the all inclusive resort by quickly going to an awesome breakfast buffet. We went directly to the omelet and pancake stations as well as enjoying salad, yogurt and fruit.  After a quick tour of the expansive complex, we took A to get a PCR test.  

Next,  A and I worked out for over an hour before returning to the Palm restaurant for a buffet lunch.  Full to the brim, we returned to the room to nap before dinner at a Mexican restaurant — ugh!
