January 1, 2022: Happy New Year

Happy New Year from Oman. Super relaxing day as we slept in and got a 1:30 pm checkout from the hotel.  We took the 1.5 hour drive to the hot springs but were unfortunately turned away because of some heavy rain earlier in the day. 

After stopping for a quick snack, we headed back to Muscat and checked into a cheap hotel. We went to bed early and got up before 3:00 am. 

Accommodations: C

We had a fairly clean and large room but the bathroom had an odor to it.  Also, bedroom sheets were of poor quality.
