December 17: Sur to Mahooth

Left Sur at 8:00 am headed for our first stop at Raz Al Jinz Turtle Reserve.  One of the most beautiful spots that we’ve seen in Oman.  Met a woman doctor from Sudan who offered us cookies before we went down to the beach. 

It was a spectacular drive from. Sur to our resting stop Mahooth.  We saw beautiful coastlines, desert and a ton of camels.  Our attempt to get to Berr Al Hikman, really should have rented a 4x4 vehicle,  fell short so we decided to go to Masirah Island in the morning.
